I really like what berry has done so far. Seen the major weaknesses and addressed them right away. Im also liking those 1 year deals, keeping cap flexibility while also allowing yourself to develop later round guys that will be drafted this year hoping they will develop into starters

Looks like OBJ and duke will both be at OTA’s and participate. From the looks of it Duke won’t be getting traded and I’m ok with that.

posted by BR1986FBLegal tampering starts today so we should start hearing some potential leaks of guys the Browns are going after. Couple of names I've heard they might kick the tires on are Jesse James from Pittsburgh and Malik Jackson (no surprise there).
Jesse James would be a very underrated TE2 signing. Definitely an upgrade over fells who was cut the other day

I highly doubt that. If a team wanted to pay him 15 mill he would have gotten traded for a late pick. I think a 1 year 10 mill deal would get it done
Justin Houston was released. I’d love to add him on a 1 year deal. Imagine having a 3rd down pass rush of Houston, Vernon, Garrett, Obi, and Avery

Am I crazy for thinking I’d rather have cam reddish than Zion? He’s going to be a stud in the NBA

Source: Former #Bucs OC Todd Monken is headed to Cleveland. He’s agreed to terms with the #Browns to be their offensive coordinator. Along with the coming hire of Steve Wilks as DC, that’s a high-powered staff.
Absolutely love the hiring of Monken! Wilks I’m ok with. As long as we get Carolina Wilks.

He’s going back to minny. More than likely lindley will be OC. Which I’m completely ok with. Stefanski I’m sure was depodestas choice and kitchens was Dorsey’s. Glad we now know who is actually in charge

I wouldn’t mind pagano as DC either

Phillip rivers is the best 😂😂
posted by Laley23Jackson remains trash.
I never got why everyone was pimping him up. He’s terrible and can’t throw or read a defense for shit. I knew the chargers would destroy that offense today. They already seen that offense and basically just did what the browns did in the 4th qtr last week

posted by like_thatI don't get the jerk off fest for this guy. Is it because he is "young?" He really hasn't done anything impressive at ISU. The hype around him reminds me of the hype around Doug Marrone when he was coaching at Syracuse. Made 0 sense to me.
Is this a joke? What he has done at Iowa st. Has been amazing. He took an absolutely terrible program to being a top 25 team 2 years in a row. Many thought he was the absolute favorite to be the next Ohio st coach until they decided to stay in house with Day. The patriots offered him a coaching position a couple years ago and turned it down.
The fact they won’t let kitchens interview tells me he will either be the OC next year or the head coach. Honestly I would be 100% happy if Dorsey hired him to be the HC
I really think Matt Campbell is getting some serious consideration for the job. A couple insiders believe he is getting or already had an interview. I wouldn’t be mad about it

posted by Ironman92What areas/positions do the Browns need to draft?
I would like to see them go after Dline early. Or even LB. another corner will be needed as well. On offense, another wide out whether trade or FA or draft. Another TE will be needed as well. But for the most part d line and linebacker is the biggest need as of right now.

posted by iclfan2Not being in a conference certainly matters. You play real teams most weeks. OSU also murdered Michigan who if they won, would have been in the playoffs. Don’t be stupid
Yet ND had a better strength of schedule than Ohio st.... makes sense 🙄🙄
posted by iclfan2Lol solid schedule. Ok. Get in a conference.
yeah bc that matters, Ohio st played northwestern in the big championship, who ND bear handily. That argument is retarded.
